HISTORY

It is in Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine, in the Loire Valley, that Domaine Martin, rooted its 35 ha vineyard, specializing in white grape varieties. Under the oceanic influence, the unique grape variety Melon B., harvested when just ripe, produces dry, naturally fruity white wines, characterized by freshness, minerality and complexity. Today, Dominique Martin is the fourth generation of a family of winegrowers at the heart of the AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. In the family continuity, he knew how to integrate technical progress into the know-how of his elders, from the cultivation of the vine to the bottling of his main AOC: Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. Since 1952, the marketing of wines has been developing in France and internationally. It is at the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, in Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine, in the Loire Valley, that the Domaine Martin has rooted its 35 ha vineyard, in the heart of the AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine.
