OF FAMILY SINCE 1894
The history of Château de Bellevue, located in Saint-Aubin-de-Luigné, dates back to 1894 when Hippolyte TIJOU became the owner. Since the first grape harvests in 1897, 5 generations have succeeded each other. Today, Anne and Hervé TIJOU continue the work undertaken by their grandfather. The vineyard now covers 35 hectares, nestled at the top of the hill dominating both the Loire and Layon.

THE ELEGANCE OF WINES
The unique nature of Château de Bellevue and its wines is based on the incredible diversity of its terroirs. In order to produce the best appellations of the Val de Loire wines, the TIJOU family has perfectly exploited the richness of these soils by working with the grape varieties most adapted to the Angevin climate:
